Important minors notice: private event galleries may include images of children. Access is limited to participants, and sharing is prohibited.
How information is used
Information is used only to manage events, communicate operational details, support participant safety, provide member access and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Images and privacy of children
Event galleries may contain photographs or videos of minors. These galleries are restricted to authenticated participants registered for that specific event. Members must not copy, download, screen-capture, publish or share this media. Parents and guardians may contact the organiser to request removal of an image.
Storage, access and disclosure
Registration data and private media are stored securely with access controls. Access is limited to authorised organisers and eligible event participants. Information may be disclosed where required by Australian law or where necessary to prevent a serious threat to health or safety.
Your privacy rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, make a privacy complaint, or ask questions about our handling practices. Contact the Pink Shirts organisers through the main website. We will respond within a reasonable period.
